CSKK News: SWKIF Kendo Practice & Seminar with Yamaoka Sensei and Shinsa (Promotional Testing)
We are proud to announce that CSKK will be hosting a SWKIF Kendo Joint Practice and Seminar, led by Yamaoka Sensei (Kendo 6 Dan) of Omaha Kendo & Iaido Kyokai.
This event will take place here in Colorado Springs on Saturday, July 12th and Sunday, July 13th. The location is Meadows Park Community Center, 1943 S El Paso Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80905.
Saturday, July 12th will feature a seminar led by Yamaoka Sensei. Sunday, July 13th will begin with a shinsa (promotional testing) up to 1 Dan (Shodan) and followed by additional practice.
The Joint Practice/Seminar registration is currently open and closes on June 30th. Shinsa (testing) registration will open within the next week.
