2025 Japan-America Society of Southern Colorado (JASSC) Bazaar and Demonstrations

This annual event to raise cultural awareness of the connection between the citizens of Japan and the United States and also to provide opportunities for local vendors selling authentic Japanese goods.  

This was another opportunity to support this wonderful organization and provide an embu for the attendees.

SWKIF Kendo Practice & Seminar with Yamaoka Sensei and Shinsa (Promotional Testing) of 

July 12th - 13th, 2025.

The SWKIF Kendo Joint Practice and Seminar was a success. 

The seminar was led by Yamaoka Sensei (Kendo 6 Dan) of Omaha Kendo & Iaido Kyokai,  and Houston sensei (Kendo 6 Dan) of Houston Kendo Kyokai, and Cooper Sensei (Kendo 6 Dan) of Dallas-Fort Worth Kendo & Iaido Kyokai.  

To all who participated, Thank You!  And to all who passed their shinsa, Congratulations!
